Our Focus
Kona Soil Co. specializes in diversion of organic waste streams from landfills to to be transformed into nutritionally balanced, biologically diverse, and lab tested soil amendments. Our unique products are made specifically for use by gardeners, farmers, and landscapers in the Kailua-Kona area of Hawaii Island (the Big Island). Our soil amendments produce healthy plant growth and increased water/mineral utilization, resulting in balanced nutrient density in the crops/food. We hope to facilitate the development of healthy local environmental and economic systems, where nutrition begins with the state of a community's soil. We serve mainly areas on the west side of Hawaii Island including: Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa, Keauhou, Holualoa, Captain Cook, Honaunau, Milolii, Hawaii Ocean View, Naalehu, and Kau district.
